Maui Malama Kahakai Project – funded by a grant from the Environmental Protection Agency

The goal of this project is to engage students in marine debris monitoring activities in order to instill in them a sense of stewardship for the beach, and to teach them to communicate about the ocean in a meaningful way, while making informed and responsible decisions regarding the ocean and its resources.
